Venue change: conference now at King’s College, London

The Sonic Circulations conference venue is changing: to King’s College London, Strand Campus. Register by 9 June, here (or here for the student/unwaged rate).

Last weekend the University and College Union passed a motion supporting a boycott of events at Senate House, escalating an ongoing dispute surrounding the outsourcing of UoL cleaners, caterers, security staff, and others not on in-house contracts. Following discussions with the committee and delegates, and mindful of the difficult position in which this may put many participants, the conference is thus being relocated.

We are hugely grateful to KCL, and to the KCL music department in particular, for their hospitality, and look forward to welcoming participants to London.

The provisional programme is available here.
